Personality Development

The Aim of the Seminar is to build self-confidence, enhance
self-esteem and improve overall personality of the participants. It also aims
grooming the participants through sensitivity.

Corporate Etiquette – First Impression Insights
- To be able to project a very good first
impression, you must be on time.
Be on time whenever you present yourself on a business interview or in any meetings. Being on time can create an excellent first impression to your boss or to your co-office mates. Of course, being on time always matters. - Present yourself appropriately
Being presentable to others can also make a good impression. - Be yourself
Being yourself can also add a spice to present yourself, being true to yourself is a better kick off to present who you truly are. - Have a winning smile
People say that wearing a smile is the best outfit that never gets out of style. It can also make others impression comfortable with you. - Be open and Confident
Being yourself is not really enough to create a good impression to others, you have to be also open and confident whenever you talk to create an opening to yourself for them to understand you. - Use small talk

Of course being courteous makes you respectable to others. Whenever you face anyone in your way, saying hello or goodbye, good morning or good evening, makes others be comfortable replying the same way to you.

- Before talking to someone, it is very a plus point if you start the conversations a simple greeting like, “Hello Sir, Good morning!”, or a “Good Morning Madame/ Sir, how are you?”, or a “A pleasant day to you Sir/ Madame!”.
- There are also times when you really needed to ride an elevator for you not to be late with your interview. Elevators are sometimes crowded and you must not ignore other people in the elevator, so we must greet them like saying, “Hello?”, “Hi?”, “Good morning!”.
- Sometimes, there are explanations that we really never get everything at once. So it would be better to say “Excuse me?”, “Pardon?”, “I’m sorry?” etc.
- There are also times when you really need to digest every information to your mind and you don’t want to interrupt the person you are listening to. So whenever it happens, it is better to just listen to him or her and wait for the right moment to ask or to talk.
- Whenever we wanted to create good impressions and reflect good greetings, it is better to turn off your cellular phones for you not to be interrupted whenever you talk. And or for you not to interrupt the speaker you are listening to.
- And of course, complaining is not a good idea whenever you’re not in favor with the ideas fed to you with your boss. Learn to accept things and better to set those as challenges to your life.

- Polishing Business Manners can be easily done by simply learning basic techniques in handshake, your sense of humor, and of course your office behavior.
- A firm handshake with a smile, direct eye contact and the correct greeting depending on what part of the day it is should always be used.
- Sometimes cracking jokes inside the office can be an ice breaker to the stress or tension between you and your office-mates. Just be careful in constructing your jokes, sometimes there are jokes inappropriate to your environment.
- Typically, being a junior in your workplace takes a big patience handling with your seniors. Having a good office behavior can reflect a good performance and may lead to probation then to promotion. Just be yourself and be positive, be patient things will flow smoothly if you just be calm and act accordingly to your environment.

Being able to know what its meant may lead to a perfect power dressing or OOTD of the day. - Avoid showing too much skin
Of course, being able to identify whats appropriate or not to wear, showing too much skins can create bad impressions to others specially when you are meeting with your boss or your seniors. - Understand the importance of fit
